Stories About Living History Makers

The campaign has evolved since its 1995 launch and now features real Pennsylvanians – ordinary people who made a life-affirming decision to give the gift of life, and recipients who are grateful that a donor made that choice. We invite you to read both the donor and recipient stories and share your personal experience with organ and tissue donation.

Read the stories of organ and tissue donors and transplant recipients from across the state of Pennsylvania.
